Bio
Behind the Music
A stylistically acoustic band from day one, the members of Sorting Hats have been singing, performing, and playing together for many years. Originally the group came together as a worship band. Having individually diverse musical backgrounds, they began to branch out, applying acoustic techniques into traditional and non-traditional genres including Christian, country, folk, pop, heavy metal and rock as the band “Heav’n & Erth”. As years went by, they continued crafting, sorting and refining an ever-evolving musical repertoire emerging as a new ensemble appropriately named “Sorting Hats”. Throughout the course of the band’s union, they have perfromed at a variety of venues winning over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life.
